Three Rondos for Harpsichord or Piano
"It is so necessary and useful to learn the rules of composition that it would be superfluous to recommend the study of it in many words. Certainly, everybody is convinced that no one could write a good letter of friendship without knowing the feeling of friendship, the style in which to express it, and the spelling of the language." Words written by Franz Paul Rigler (c. 1748–1796), the piano virtuoso and teacher at the Nationalschule in Preßburg (now Bratislava), and a master of the language of music. There are several proofs of this, among them the Three Rondos for a keyboard instrument. The first critical edition by Andrej Šuba.
