About work:

In the composition is dominant the polyphonic musical language with secundary entries of pentatonic paralellisms of the horizontal homophony. Another mood is expressed by melizmatic melodimetric parts (Slovak melodies) in combination with dodecaphony. Technique of instrumental play is enriched by one quarter fast tone move, especially in the first and second violons and viola, combination of vibrato and non-vibrato with long rhytmical values, pizzicato with hitting the string against the fingerboard ands with a chordplay behind the bridge.
Metric changes of is a form-changing line, which is defining the dramaturgy of the string quartet.
