Typical for this period was his permanent communication with a few instrumentalists and chamber ensembles, for whom – inspired by their artistic qualities – he specially composed. Sonata for Clarinet and Piano is ‘zeljenka-like‘ music with typical melodic and harmonic connections, characteristic polymetric background, rhythm changes, freshness of expression, ‘out-of-instrument‘ rhythm episodes and gags.

\n        (Lýdia Dohnalová, in: booklet of the CD \"Branislav Dugovič – Ladislav Fanzowitz\", Diskant DK 0121-2 131, p. 2.)
\n
\n
\n            Movements:
\n\n                Con passione, insistende\n                5' 30''\n
\n\n                Grave\n                5' 50''\n
\n\n                Giocoso\n                4' 50''\n
\n
\n\n

\n
First performance in Slovakia
\n                \n                \n                13.12.1998,\n                Mirbach Palace,\n                Bratislava,\n                SK\n\n
Performers: Matej Drlička (cl), Jordana Palovičová (pf)\n
\n\n\n
\n
\n"}
