From the background of his compositions it is always possible to trace some urgency, impulse or idea from the non-musical sphere. The bipolar oscillation of all his compositional creations is present also in the texture of Sonata for Double Bass and Piano in memoriam A. M. Rilke anche E. Meisler 'Liebe, Sinn und Not...' (1999) exposing the prevailing and defining motifs from the poets' verses (life–love–death).
