\n \n About work:

The composition is an instrumental adaptation of Afforosmi I for flute/oboe, clarinet and bassoon (1990). The both are cycles of seven miniatures of various moods and expressions. Every of them has an aphorism of the great personalities in the culture and history - the following miniature is something like a musical comment. I wanted to create fascinating, colourful music and the rich possibilities I find suitable for it.
The world premiere was in 1993 in Stuttgart with Ensemble recherche from Freiburg.
