As they were composed after great operatic and orchestral opuses, they can be taken as the author´s desires to present short programmatic forms. Piano aquerelles are music drawings, miniatures in which the composer confesses of his love of children and admiration of the fairyland of youth. Not so high technical demands do not limit composer´s fantasy at all – on the contrary, the more sober use of technical meanings is counter-balanced by new creative power – the pleasure of inspiration.

\n (Igor Berger, in: commentary to the LP Opus 9311 1769, 1986.)
\n
\n
\n Movements:
\n\n A fairy tale, please\n \n
\n\n Catch Me!\n \n
\n\n Why is the snow falling?\n \n
\n\n What is a forest?\n \n
\n\n Dance with me\n \n
\n\n Why are you crying?\n \n
\n\n Where is the brook flowing?\n \n
\n\n What’s in the lonesome castle?\n \n
\n\n A bogeyman’s there\n \n
\n\n We saw a roe deer\n \n
\n\n The train is moving!\n \n
\n\n Why is the sky blue?\n \n
\n\n I released a butterfly\n \n
\n\n Must everyone die?\n \n
\n\n We’ve been to the circus\n \n
\n
\n\n

\n
First performance in Slovakia
\n \n \n 18.11.1977,\n Reduta,\n Bratislava,\n SK\n\n
Performers: Slovak Philharmonic, Ľudovít Rajter (dir.), Daniela Kardošová (pf)\n
\n\n\n
\n
\n"}
