The 26th Edition of the Mikuláš Schneider-Trnavský International Vocal Competition Continues
In the historic heart of Trnava, the prestigious Mikuláš Schneider-Trnavský International Vocal Competition is being held for the 26th time. Named after the renowned Slovak composer and musician, this competition annually brings young vocal talents from around the world to Trnava, offering them a unique opportunity to showcase their voice, artistry, and interpretation before an expert international jury.
On Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 10:00 AM, the program continues with Round Two of Category I, featuring conservatory students and young singers at the beginning of their artistic careers. The participants will perform in a full-day program of classical vocal repertoire, ranging from Baroque to contemporary works.
The competition takes place in an inspiring and supportive environment that fosters not only artistic growth but also the exchange of experiences between participants, teachers, and professionals from the music world.
