Lenka Novosedlíková
Slovak composer. She began the study of composition at Bratislava Conservatory, where she was accepted in zero year while still a pupil of Elementary School. She continued in the study of composition at the Academy of Performing Arts. She also plays percussion instruments, for which she completed the course at Bratislava Conservatory and subsequently continued at the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno. Novosedlíková focuses on performance of contemporary music and collaborates with various bodies and ensembles. She has furthermore participated in international composition courses, for example at the Ostrava Days of New Music, International Young Composers Academy in Tchaikovsky City, and International Courses for Composers and Percussionists in Trstěnice.
