Young guitarists, whose artistic talent and unprecedented skills are confirmed by awards at international competitions, enrich the programme of the guitar festival every year.
The French guitarist Cassie Martin will guide the audience through her virtuoso repertoire from Purcell to Dyens, with her enchanting artistic expression promising a unique experience.
Luis Alejandro García from Spain, laureate of the Festival Internacional de Música da Primavera de Viseu in Portugal, will be featured in a programme of guitar greats Coste, Tansman and Ponce.
Both young performers have included Mertz's adaptations of Schubert's songs in their programmes.
The concert is taking place thanks to the support of the Embassy of Spain in Bratislava.
