Juraj Mitošinka cooperated with other symphonic and chamber ensembles: Gustav Mahler Jugend Orchester, United Philharmonic Orchestra, Slovak Radio Symphony Orchestra, Sonority Brass Ensemble. He is a founder and leader of the ensemble Festival Brass Quartet.
He performed in early music ensembles, e. g. Chorus Angelorum Ensemble, Cornamusica, Musica Aeterna, Solamente Naturali, Music for a While, that using copies of authentic historic instruments. Juraj Mitošinka plays a copy of a baroque tenor trombone – the sackbut.
He also performs as a soloist with piano and organ accompaniment at home and abroad.
