Dušan Šujan's solo career includes cooperation with several Slovak orchestras (e.g. the Slovak Radio Symphonic Orchestra, Slovak Sinfonietta Žilina). Apart from performing as a soloist, he also appears in chamber music formations. He is a member of the 6-hand piano trio called “Mylenum” and has been cooperating with foremost Slovak instrumentalists (Magdaléna Blahušiaková – soprano, Peter Šesták – viola, Jozef Lupták and Boris Bohó – cello, Matej Drlička – clarinet, Jozef Hamerník and Ivica Encingerová – flute). He took part in various festivals both in Slovakia (Days of Flemish Music, Orfeus) and abroad (Messiaen Days in Gent, Belgium). Among his concert appearances were those in England, Germany, Italy and Belgium. Šujan has also made recordings for the Slovak Radio.
