Lýdia Kašlík performs as a soloist and in chamber music. She is a member of the Kaslik Duo guitar duo with her husband, Martin Kašlík, and a duo with flute-player Katarína Dučai. She collaborates with Helmut Schaller, flute, Emanuel Pahuda, flute, Veronika Ragen, viola, Wolfgang Jungwirth, guitar, and the Kammertrio Linz-Wien ensemble. Within the project of the Yehudi Menuhin concert series (Live Music Now). She regularly performs at the Liga Konzerte event in Linz, Austria. She also played at the Konzert Gitarre Wien 2004 concert in Vienna and the Yehudi Menuhin Festival in Gstaade (Switzerland).
