Katarína Grečová-Brejková engages in solo and chamber performance. Along with her solo recitals at home and abroad, she has performed with the State Philharmonia Košice, the State Chamber Orchestra Žilina and the Academy of Performing Arts Symphony Orchestra. She has appeared at international music festivals at home and abroad.
She is a member of the ISTROPOLIS piano duo and piano trio. She has collaborated with the Moyzes Quartet, with instrumental and vocal soloists, and with the piano trio Wanderer (France). She has made recordings for Slovak, Czech, Polish, German and Luzemburg Radio and for Slovak television.
