She played a key role in publishing several significant works, such as Peter Kresánek’s monograph on Eugen Suchoň, Bence Szabolcsi’s A History of Music, Heinrich Neuhaus’s The Art of Piano Playing, Felsenstein and Melchinger’s Music Theatre, and Igor Filip’s Vývinové zákonitosti klasickej harmónie (Developmental Patterns of Classical Harmony). She also contributed to the translation of Přemysl Pražák’s Personalities of Czech Music.
Her academic base later became the Slovak Academy of Sciences, where she focused on music theatre. Her research centered on the history of the Opera of the Slovak National Theatre, particularly during the interwar period. She also explored Slovak film music and contemporary works by Slovak composers.
