With the Janáček Opera in Brno and also as guest soloist, Magdaléna Blahušiaková has appeared almost in all countries of Europe. She was an outstanding performer in the Italian opera repertoire and in operas by 20th century composers (Jenůfa in Janáček’s opera, and Katarína Izmajlovová in the opera of that name by Dmitri Shostakovich).
She is a member of the juries of singing competitions at home and abroad and a lecturer in international singing courses.
