Marek Cepko introduced himself at domestic festivals, as well as at festivals and concerts in the Czech Republic and Poland. Since 1993 he has been an organist of the Franciscan St. Jacob Church in Trnava. He regularly performs at media broadcasts of worships for Radio Lumen, MTT Trnava, TV Noe a TV Lux. He also performed in a worship service during the visit of Pope John Paul II in Trnava (2003). In addition to performing and educational activities, Cepko's focus of study is organology. Since 2000 he cooperates with Music Centre in Bratislava in the project of general inventory of organs in Slovakia.
