Gašparík's musical language grows from chamber music, from which is determined all elements of his expression. His language is sensitive, full of poetry, transparent in order to search for different instrumental options (various instrumental articulations) and includes combinations involving various non-musical “instruments” (baby rattles, balls etc.). In Gašparík's compositional background we feel “program” growing out of his attitude toward life, which in music acquires “an expression of shy and fragile lyricism”, but also of live playfulness and satire. Gašparík in his compositional sensitivity responds to the stimuli of life, thereby he gains the favor of the audience.”
