In 1994 – 1999 Zuzana Paštéková was a member of piano trio Istropolis. Since 1999 she has played as primarius in Albrecht Quartet, in addition to numerous domestic performances played also in Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Austria, Belgium, Croatia and Poland. At the Slovak festivals Melos-Ethos and New Slovak Music the Albrecht Quartet has performed a number of compositions of Slovak authors, often as premieres.

Her chamber music partners are pianists Jana Nagy-Juhász and Zuzana Suchanová. As a soloist she has cooperated with conductors Ondrej Lenárd, Mário Košik and Anton Popovič. She has played in the following ensembles: Slovak Philharmonic, Academy MTMI UNESCO Orchestra and Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava Orchestra. Zuzana Paštéková introduced herself at Bohuslav Martinů Festival (1995), Festival of 20th Century Music in Krakow (1997) and Central European Music Festival in Žilina.
