Miloš Biháry, during his studies at the Bratislava Conservatory, performed several times as a soloist with the Symphony Orchestra of the Conservatory in Bratislava at the Slovak Philharmonic. He also concertized at the Academy of Arts in Banská Bystrica, the Prague Conservatory, the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno, and the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz, among others. In 2017, he performed at the final concert of the Viva musica! festival in collaboration with the Viva Musica! Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Braňo Kostka. In March 2019, he performed as a soloist at the Teatro Filodrammatici in Milan as part of a joint project of musicians from the Visegrád Group countries, and at the invitation of Peter Dvorský, he also performed solo at the Slovak Institute in Rome. As part of the subscription series Special Concerts of the Slovak Philharmonic, he was the soloist in Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor (Slovak Philharmonic, conducted by Oliver Dohnányi, October 2020).

Alongside classical music, jazz music is also an area of his interest. He has performed in groups such as JMJ Trio, the hip-hop group Delikatesa, and the pop-funk group Chillsband. In 2012, he founded the band Miloš Biháry & Jazz Funk Brothers (Marek Taraj – bass, Juraj David Raši – drums), which received awards at local competitions and performed at numerous music festivals (at the Bratislava Jazz Days festival as part of the Young Stage (2014), at the Radio-Head Awards festival (2018), etc.). He also performs in the project Django Gipsy Jazz Trio. In November 2024, he presented a special concert at the Kino Hviezda in Trnava, where, accompanied by an orchestra, he interpreted famous film melodies, such as pieces from the films Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, Avengers, Titanic, and The Lion King.
