Patrick Cibula is a Slovak violinist based in Austria.
He studied as an extraordinary student at the Štátne konzervatórium v Bratislave and continued at the Church Conservatory with Ján Gréner. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the Anton Bruckner Privatuniversität in Linz and since 2023 has studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna with Gerhard Fabian Marschner, also taking courses with teachers such as Anna Gutowska and Dalibor Karvay.
He has performed at festivals in Slovakia, Croatia, Austria, and Bulgaria, collaborating with ensembles such as Jánoška Ensemble, appearing both as a soloist and chamber musician.
He is co-founder of The Echoes Ensemble and Cibula Chamber Orchestra, and in 2025, The Echoes Ensemble received the Gold Prize at the VIII. Internationales Musikfest in Vienna.
