{"content":"\n
\n \n About work:
Paraphrases for Flute and Orchestra I dedicated to my daughter Michaela, with this composition she absolved the conservatory. There are miniatures, dedicated to memories of composers, which I admired as a conservatorist. This admiration is still actual - it`s demonstarted by the inception of the composition. There aren` paraphrased themes of composers (J. S. Bach, E. H. Grieg, N. Rimskij-Korsakov, C. Debussy, G. Gershwin), but it`s an attempt to smiling demonstration of their musical heritage from own position. I like smile in music, which is as good - if not sometimes better - as introvertness. In the end of Paraphrases there is also Milan Novák, but I don`t want to compare my compositions with this masters, but I`ve regard to their musical and human heritage and I feel good with them.

\n (author, in: Bulletin New Slovak Music 1989)
\n
\n
\n Movements:
\n\n J.
