She was active in the field of music pedagogy, didactics of music theory, didactics of music education and teaching practice, as well as in the continuous training of teachers of art education. She organized concerts and meetings in the Composer's Club of Slovak Music Fund (currently Music Fund), within which were conducted training events for music teachers. More than 20 years she co-organized musical and educational events for children in the town Trenčín – Zlatovce, and for six years she led the Music and Youth Centre under Slovak Music Fund. In her own publishing company H Plus she publishes music materials and sound recordings for children and youth with an emphasis on the work of composer Juraj Hatrík. As a music theory teacher she experimentally verified the possibilities of using Hatrík's work in practice which resulted in the elaboration and approval of the Textbook of Music Teaching – project for use in teaching in primary music schools within the State Education Program for primary music schools in 2008. Since 2007 she has co-organized workshops for children and adults entitled Music and Picture in the Movie in Vyhne town, where she leads the music section. In 2011 she elaborated the project The Methodology of Integration and Interaction in the Artistic Education of the Methodological and Pedagogical Center which she provides with Juraj Hatrík.
