Michal Sťahel cooperated with conductors such as Jiří Bělohlávek, Dennis Russel Davies, Mário Košik and Ronald Zollman, with orchestras and chamber ensembles such as Slovak Philharmonic, Slovak Sinfonietta Žilina, Prague Chamber Orchestra, Radio Symphonieorchester Wien, Orquestra Sinfónica Portugesa and Beethoven Ensemble Wien.
