ZOE Chamber Orchestra has been active on the Slovak musical scene since 2008, and its members are leading young Slovak artists. It attended master courses under conductor Ali Rahbari.

The orchestra was artistically led by concert masters Ewald Danel, Róbert Mareček, Daniela Turčina, Milan Vonderka, Jakub Sedláček, Pavol Bogacz jr., and conductors Rastislav Štúr, Maroš Potokár, Adrian Kokoš, Ewald Danel, Jindřich Drmola, Iveta Viskupová, Martin Majkút, and it also cooperated with leading Slovak performers such as singers Adriana Kučerová, Ľubica Rybárska, Pavol Bršlík, Eva Šušková, Sisa Sklovská, Mária Čírová, and pianist Ivan Gajan among others.

ZOE closely cooperates with the composer Víťazoslav Kubička, and premiered several of his compositions (Kantáty pre soprán a orchester (Cantatas for Soprano and Orchestra), the opera Jakub Kray and others).

ZOE has performed at many domestic festivals, including Nitra Musical Spring, the festival of Italian art Dolce Vitaj, and Dolný Kubín Musical Autumn. In 2013 it performed in its own festival ORAVA KLASIK, also as the accompanying orchestra at the international competition Talents for Europe in Dolný Kubín, and performed in the Slovak premiere of Symphony No. 4 by Mahler in an arrangement for chamber orchestra by A. Schoenberg/E. Stein.

The orchestra has its own orchestral academy ZOE Academy, and has cooperated with Music and Dance Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava on various projects focusing on the conductor's practice.

The chamber orchestra ZOE regularly organizes charitable concerts under the auspices of various personalities of social and cultural life.
