1995 – establishment of the quartet occurred at the field of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava; all members of the quartet were students of Prof. Jozef Zsapka

– members of the quartet attended master courses with renowned artists and teachers (L. Brouwer, C. Cotsiolis, A. Garrobe, V. Mikulka, J. Panetsos, L. Walker...)

– it successfully presented in international competitions at home and abroad, where it received several important awards (Czech Republic, France, Portugal, Austria, Italy)

2001 – as the first Slovak ensemble they performed (with Slovak Sinfonietta Žilina) Concierto de Andaluz for four guitars and orchestra by Joaquin Rodrigo

– the quartet has in its repertoire not only original compositions, but also its own arrangements of composers of different periods

– it regularly plays contemporary music by Slovak composers; they have premiered works of Peter Breiner, Vladimír Godár, Ladislav Kupkovič, Martin Burlas and others.

– successfully performs within major festivals in Slovakia and abroad (Czech Republic, Greece, countries of former Yugoslavia, Hungary, Austria, Northern Ireland, France, Spain)

– it is a regular guest on Slovak Radio and has presented itself also on British BBC

– members of the quartet are teachers at the Bratislava Conservatory, Conservatory in Topoľčany, at the Music and Dance Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, and at the Church Conservatory in Bratislava
