The set opens with an intro, the theme of which appears also at the end of the album. For the Fluchtpunkt Istanbul I wrote a short Slovak text, and Alexandra, who is a native Austrian, sang it beautifully to the surprise of all of us. Shalom Chaverim is a Jewish folk song, one of the most beautiful. (Erik Rothenstein)
