Piano Pieces for Children

Piano Pieces for Children by the Slovak pianist, composer and teacher Ján Zimmer (1926–1993) is another valuable sheet music publication intended for young beginner pianists. The volume contains three collections: Picture Book, a cycle of short piano pieces; Piano Miniatures, featuring Zimmer’s arrangements of Slovak folk songs; and Two at the Piano, a cycle of four-hand piano pieces. Piano Pieces for Children is a valuable teaching resource for the musical education of young pianists at elementary schools of the arts.
