1000 Slovak Folk Songs

The Hudobné centrum presents, after almost a century, a complete reissue of the long-unavailable collection by the doyen of Slovak music, Viliam Figuš-Bystrý. One thousand songs from various regions of Slovakia were arranged by the author for solo piano of intermediate difficulty, creating a rich source of repertoire for young pianists as well as for home music-making. The publication appears as a set of ten volumes, each containing one hundred songs, presented in a slipcase with the original 1925 design.
