Music Album

In an effort to promote chamber music-making at Primary Art Schools and in the wide community of music-lovers, the Music Centre Slovakia presents the Music Album, for which the editors Peter Zagar and Miloš Valent collected fifteen arrangements and original pieces taken from the standard repertory. Inside, violinists, flutists, and keyboard players will find popular melodies like the Ariette from Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro, The Old Castle from Musorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition, Ravel’s Pavane pour une infante défunte as well as the delightful Scherzo II by Telemann and the melancholic ragtime Solace by Joplin.
