He has also engaged in artistic cooperation with other musical ensembles – the Musica Academica Praga, the Přerovský kůrový orchestr (which performs ancient music on period instruments), the New Scene Orchestra in Bratislava, the Bohdan Warchal Slovak Chamber Orchestra, and the Lúčnice Orchestra. He is a member of the Una Anima wind quintet and the Melos Ethos Ensemble. With equal élan, Nitran performs in the fields of baroque music, classicism (including performances on period instruments), romanticism, and 20th century compositions – as a soloist, chamber, and orchestra player.
