Jaroslav Pehal intensively cooperated with the early music ensemble Musica Aeterna. As part of the association of young artists Harmonia Seraphica he performes works of sacred music literature. Since 2005 he cooperates with pianist Dušan Stankovský (German, French and Russian vocal music, Jewish songs). In cooperation with Music Centre he performed in vocal concerts and recitals (Matinee in Mirbach Palace, 100 Years of Eugen Suchoň). In 2013 with pianist D. Simandl he performed in recital of songs by G. Verdi on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the birth of the composer (concerts in Hlohovec, Bratislava, Vienna and others).

Opera performances: Residenztheater in Munich in the opera The Fairy Queen by Henry Purcell; within festival Isny Oper 2003 (Germany) – as King Rene in the opera Iolanta by Tchaikovsky, as Simone in Gianni Schicchi by Puccini; as Pistol in Falstaff by Verdi (2004).

Jaroslav Pehal is also an organizer and director of children opera performances. Under his direction Music Centre presents these educational concerts: W. A. Mozart: A Little Magic Flute, and Opera Entertains Us: G. Donizetti – The Elixir of Love for Kids, in which perform young adepts of opera art.

Since 2013 he performs in male vocal octet Danubius Octet Singers.
