Jozef Lupták performs as a soloist as well as in chamber ensembles. His solo performances include those at various festivals in Slovakia (Evenings of New Music, Melos-Ethos, Bratislava Music Festival, Central-European Music Festival in Žilina etc.), as well as abroad (Marathon de Musica Camera, Madrid; Festival of New Music, Bucarest; Young Stage, Karlovy Vary; Talnetinum, Zlín etc.). He has been cooperating with conductors such as Jiří Bělohlávek, Jo Ann Fallette, Branislav Kostka, Tomáš Koutník, Ondrej Lenárd, Stanislav Macura, Andrew Mogrelia, Andrew Parrott, Anton Popovič, Rastislav Štúr, Bohdan Warchal, with instrumentalists Ala Andrievska, Eduard Brunner, Stephen Clark, Edgar Meyer, Susanne Satz, Rena Sharon, Eleonóra Škutová-Slaničková, Ivo Varbanov, Marián Varga etc. Moreover, he has performed with Slovakia's foremost ensembles (e.g. Slovak Philharmonic, Slovak Radio Symphonic Orchestra, Košice State Philharmonic, Bohdan Warchal´s Slovak Chamber Orchestra, Cappella Istropolitana), as well as with the Brno State Philharmonic, Colorado String Quartet, Stradivari Sextett Haisbreutinger and others. He is a co-founder of the Opera Aperta chamber ensemble, and has been cooperating e.g. with the Veni ensemble or with the American-Irish duo Jeff Johnson – Brian Dunning.
