Composer Alexej Temnov performs under the artistic pseudonym Alexej Tribus. He is also the author of several music publications, primarily for piano, which include pieces of varying difficulty and scope, ranging from instructional pieces to more artistically demanding songs, romances, and ballads.

In Alexei Tribus’s work, we find romantic and neoclassical elements, as well as traces of Jozef Podprocký’s compositional school and inspiration drawn from the Russian Romantic tradition.
