Vlasta Hudecová, soprano and professor of singing. She trained future opera and concert singers, as well as teachers. She has served as a member of master's, bachelor's and doctoral state examinations.
She regularly works with her former graduates after they enter the practice and helps them vocally. She prepares all competitions, concerts and opera performances with them.
Among her graduates are Eva Šeniglová, Ľudovít Ludha, Vladimír Kubovčík, Dagmar Livorová, Dagmar Podkamenská-BezačinskáĽubica VargicováZoltán VongreyŠimon Svitok, Igor Pasek, Silvia Adamíková, Peter Cingel, Filip Tůma, Oľga Bezačinská, Monika FabianováPavol Remenár, Mário Strešňák and others.
Vlasta Hudecova's students have won numerous awards at national and international competitions.

For several years she has cooperated with the Slovak Music Fund as artistic director of scholarship students.

In 1984 – 1985 the Ministry of Education and the management of the Academy of Performing Arts sent her to Italy for a 4-month internship, where she had the opportunity to consult her work with prominent teachers, conductors, singers such as prof. Borelli, prof. Paperi, prof. Bruno Aprea, Zino. She also completed a traineeship at the Milan Conservatory with Ferrando Piero Miranda and prof. Anna-Maria Castiglioni, an internship at the Scuola la Scala in Milan with prof. Silvestri, Mantovani and mezzo-soprano Simionato, and private lessons with Gina Cina. She also attended singing lessons with prof. Berziani at the Conservatory in L'Aquila and also at the Hochschüle für Musik in Stuttgart with prof. Abel and prof. Gesti.

In 2024 she ended her long teaching career with a thanksgiving concert and a Holy Mass on 29.10.2024 at the Church of the Seven Sorrowful Virgin Mary in Bratislava.

For more than 20 years (since 1973) she worked as an external voice pedagogue in voice disorders at the Phoniatric Clinic of the University Hospital on Zochova Street in Bratislava She wrote a methodological manual Types of phonation disorders in singers and voice professionals, possibilities of their re-education.
