"Peter Guľas performances, both as a soloist and as a continuo player, bear witness of his solid musicianship drawing on poetic and meditative moods, and characterized by sparkling rhythmical pulsations and vivid cadence. As one of the few old music specialists in Slovakia, he has also knowledge on historical aspects of performing. For some time, he has been striving to found and build up a department of baroque music in the groves of the Slovak academia. His composing activities include harpsichord music, children’s songs and arrangements in entertainment styles. He arranged some of the best-known songs of the highly popular band Elán for piano and recorded them."
