PaedDr. Eva Čunderlíková, PhD. is a Slovak musicologist, publicist, and educator. She is also engaged in the organization and management of cultural events and in music engraving (notography). Her professional interests include music pedagogy, the didactics of music education, teaching practice, as well as the continuing professional development of teachers of arts education.

She organized listening sessions and discussion forums at the Composers’ Club of the Slovak Music Fund (now the Music Fund), within which educational events for primary school music teachers and teachers at elementary art schools were held. For more than 20 years, she co-organized music-education events for children in the Children’s Town in Trenčín–Zlatovce, and for six years she headed the Music and Youth department of the Slovak Music Fund.

As a publisher (H plus), she issues sheet music and audio recordings for children and young people, with a particular focus on the works of Juraj Hatrík.

In her pedagogical practice as a teacher of music theory at an elementary art school, she experimentally verified possibilities for applying Hatrík’s works in teaching, which resulted in the development and approval of the curriculum Music Theory – Project-Based Teaching at Elementary Art Schools in 2008.

Since 2007, she has co-organized the creative workshops Music and Image in Film for children and adults in Vyhne, where she leads the music section. In 2011, she developed the continuing education program Methodology of Integration and Interaction in Arts Education, for the Methodological and Pedagogical Centre, which she delivers as a lecturer together with Juraj Hatrík.

From 1998, Eva Čunderlíková served as chair of the expert committee of the national round of the Hnúšťa Chord competition, and since 2006 she has been a member of the committee for educational concerts for schools at the Music Centre in Bratislava.
