The Czechoslovak Chamber Duo has enriched concert life with numerous performances both at home and abroad since its founding in 2004.

The duo’s primary focus is the interpretation of music by Czech and Slovak composers of the 19th–21st centuries, a mission it has consistently fulfilled throughout its artistic activity. It has participated in several projects of this orientation (such as Slovak and Czech Women Composers in Czechoslovakia, Year of Czech Music, Karol Elbert – the Unknown Known, etc.), recorded CDs featuring works by Czech and Slovak composers, and as a resident ensemble of the diplomatic missions of the Czech and Slovak Republics, it presented this repertoire in many European cities as well as in Asia and Africa during the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the founding of Czechoslovakia and the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic in 2018.

The duo closely collaborates with the Béla Kéler Society in promoting and reviving the works of this composer.
