Piano Works

Alexander Albrecht was an important personality of the musical life of Bratislava, the creator of the foundations of the domestic professionalisation of music. The selection of Albrecht's piano works consists of small compositions dedicated to people close to him, compositions from his student days in Budapest and later piano pieces from the 1950s inspired by folk traditions - 12 small pieces.

The title is part of the Monumenta musicae slovacae edition.
