Milan Paľa has performed in several European countries (Switzerland, France, Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Austria, Malta and others). As a soloist he has cooperated with the following orchestras: State Philharmonic Brno, Slovak Philharmonic, Slovak Radio Symphony Orchestra Bratislava, Ukraine National Radio Symphony Orchestra Kiev, Saint Petersburg Congress Orchestra, Saint Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra, Capella of St. Petersburg and others, with conductors such as Theodor Guschlabuer, Alexander Chernushenko, David Švec, Peter Gribanov and others.
He regularly interprets and records music of Slovak composers of the 20th century and Slovak contemporary composers. In 2013 Paľa issued CD of the Slovak violin concerts of Alexander Moyzes, Andrej Očenáš and Dezider Kardoš.
