During his studies in Žilina and Bratislava Fábera participated in several competitions and shows of concert art, was a member of the International Prague Philharmonic under the conducting of Jiří Bělohlávek and regularly performed at concerts of twinning schools.
As a soloist he has performed at home and abroad with significant ensembles; a large part of his artistic activities constitutes presence in chamber ensembles (Slovak Woodwind Quintet – later Istropolis Quintet, Wind Octet of Slovak Philharmonic, Academic Wind Trio, collaboration with Eschendorf Quintet Wien, Moyzes Quartet and other ensembles).
