Alongside his diverse conducting and also pedagogic activities at home, Lenard is a frequent guest in theatres and on concert podia abroad. He has been a regular guest in many European and overseas lands. He has collaborated with prominent orchestras such as Czech Philharmonic, Munich Philharmonic, Prague Symphony Orchestra (FOK), and he has made guest appearances in leading opera houses: in the National Theatre in Prague, the State Opera in Vienna, the Budapest State Opera, the Opere San Carlo in Naples, the Houston Grand Opera, etc.
He makes regular appearances at prestigious festivals such as Bratislava Music Festival, Prague Spring, etc. He collaborates with Slovak Radio and Slovak Television.
