The musical activities of Ladislav Papp are connected with solo, chamber and orchestra performing. As a soloist he has cooperated with Cappella Istropolitana, State Philharmonic Košice, Slovak Sinfonietta Žilina, Slovak Radio Symphony Orchestra Bratislava, with conductors such as Tomáš Koutník, Bohumil Kulinský, Hamar Zsolt, Leoš Svárovský and others. In chamber music he plays with flutist Justina Jiráková. He gained experiences as an orchestra player besides those of the Conservatory in Bratislava were mainly in the foreign ensembles Hochschule für Musik Zürich Symphonie Orchester, Orchester Academy in Tonhalle Zürich, Freier Academy Orchester in Bern, Basel Sinfonietta, Symphonie Orchester Zürich,and Aargauer Symphonie Orchester.
In addition to domestic music festivals (such as Bratislava Music Festival, Central European Music Festival Žilina) he introduced himself as a soloist at the European harp festivals National Harp Festival in Budapest (1998), and the World Harp Congress in Prague (1999) and Geneva (2002). He performed in Bratislava, Košice, Žilina, Budapest, Prague, Munich, Norimberg, Detmold, Zürich and Paris.
