Eva Blahová cooperated with leading symphony and chamber orchestras at home and abroad. She has performed in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain, Korea, Canada and the USA.
Her pedagogical activity is also rich: her students include for example Magdaléna Kožená, Gustáv Beláček, Lada Biriukov, Renata Pokupič, Peter Berger, Yoko Oba and many others throughout the world. In addition to Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava she taught at Academy Europe Mozart Foundation, the Norwegian Royal Opera, the University of Turku, Finland, Academy of Arts in Banská Bystrica. She is a member of the artistic board of the festival Prague Spring, the National Theatre in Prague and a member of the Nomination Committee TREBBIA in Prague.
She is also president of Slovakia-Canada Music Fund and president of the International Vocal Competition of Mikuláš Schneider-Trnavský, cooperates with Olga Havlová Foundation, the Foundation of Antonín Dvořák in Prague and Help Foundation in Bratislava.
She is a member of the juries of international singing competitions.
For her activity she received several social awards (2005 – in the United States elected for “Woman of the 21st century” and in 2006 The American Biographical Institute chose her for “Woman of the Year”) and state awards.
